As part of its ongoing drive to boost the level of literacy in the country, the Markazul Ma'arif runs a group of English medium boarding schools under the name of Markaz Academy.

Another center of education is the Markazul Ma-arif Education and Research Center (MMERC) in New Delhi. Established in 1994, the center aims to provide modern education to the needy youth including basic computer skills and other vocational courses. The trust also distributes free books, study material and scholarships to the needy, meritorious students

The HAMM Public Trust grants scholarships and subsidized assistance to needy, deserving students, who wish to pursue advanced medical studies.
